Our company has 3 main production areas:
1) Down washing workshop with strict procedures
This workshop has two full sets of down washing lines and 5 sets of high-level down sorting machines. The production capability can reach 8,000 tons per year.

2) Down products workshop with advanced specialty
With the top-ranking machinery and over 600 persons' sewing group, the production capability of this workshop can reach 5,000,000 pieces per year.

3) Quilting workshop with superior strength
This workshop has 25 sets of first-grade computerized quilting machines, and the production capability can reach 3,000,000 pieces per year.

Several years of quilting experience helps us to work handily, and frequent attendance at overseas shows gives us precise sense of fashion. New patterns and designs are given by the strong R&D department. Kinds of filling materials such as wool, silk, polyester, cotton and many blended materials also provide us a wide range of choices.

We have a subsidiary weaving factory - Hangzhou Xianghong Textile Co., Ltd. This factory is equipped with high-speed machinery, high-tech and all kinds of testing devices form Germany and Japan. Now it has developed into a professional manufacturer for many kinds of home textiles, garment fabrics and other fabrics. The production capability can reach 25,000,000 meters per year.

International testing methods are applied to control the down content, oxygen, turbidity, and microbe. Fabrics, filling materials, and packages for all the products must pass the safety tests. We carefully inspect at materials, semi-finished items, completed products, packages and other steps to ensure optimized procedures.
